Ok so just when I thought I was going to start putting more energy into this blog, LIFE happened!
So I could list excuses but ... ok I will list excuses lol My best friend and sister just delivered my niece :) so of coarse there have been cuddles and lots of visits. I have also been planning a wedding, eearchi in g for job, looking for retals once I relocate (yes I am moving ) (yes I am a glutin for punishment) As well as aabiut embark on a road trip with my sweetie pie. So yep thqts my escuses, do you still love me long time?
Now down to buissness. I had recently did a post about my affordanle planner. Well I gave you guys a list of items I often n used in my planner and I wanted to eleaborate.
So one thing I do is color coding. Plain color stickers are easy to find. So what I do is assign repeating efents and task colors. For example green may be the color I use to remind myself to take the garbage bins up. Blue could be doctors appt, yelow could be bill reminders. You get the drift. Paper clips make a great tool when it comes to your planner. Anytime I kow I will need access to something again I use a paper clip and attach it to the appropriate date. However when I want to quickly put something away I typically staple it to the page. Items like concert tickets, movie tickets or other special keepsakes will always be stapled. See I save my planners (kinda like a journal) so that is a great way to hold on to sentjmental items without them ever really being in the way. Post-its Post its Post-its three cheers for post its . I cant say enough good things about these. Ran out of space o on a day? Stick a post it over it . Need to jot down a few things ? Grab a post it (I like to keep oe or two post its pre stuck through out my weeks just for random notes. In addition to post its I love lable stickers.whenever I make a error on a day I just peel a label sticker place it on the day n start over and it still looks nice and neat. I think thats all for now. If you have any questions just leave comment.
P.s. when I get to 100 followers I will be having giveaway.$5 custom photo stickers and event labels
Stayed tuned...

My(for now) Affordable Planner
As you may your may not know my new obsession is being organized. It's a must for my life right now. A big part of staying organized and on top of things is a planner. With a planner I am Able to keep track of everything from penciling in study time, appointments, important dates, look back on information with ease and much more. There are a lot of great planners out there but I wanted a affordable option. I took it as a challenge to see how affordable I could it together a planner that was functional and at least some what cute. So I went to my local Dollar General and piced up supplies.
1. Post it notes
2.Post it tabs
3. Border stickers
4. Stickers
5.tape trends tape 2 rolls
6.color coded dots
7.white labels
8.gel pens
9.paperchlips
All for around $20
My hope was to make it colorful, fun and above all motivate me to use it.
The things I purchased were not enough to organize the whole planner(which was $4) so keep that in mind. However it did put me off to a great start. The cost I have seen for (ready to plan) planners is about $30-$85 on average. Doing things this way you save easily $50 bucks,if not more.
Look for part 2 of this post as I will go more into detail with how I use the above items organize my own planner.
